How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery prices vary depending on the size and weight of your order, with your final fee being calculated during the checkout process. For Ireland deliveries, please call 0161 563 0963
Do you deliver to all of the UK?
We sure do. This includes the Islands and Highlands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Enter your postcode at the checkout to get a delivery price. Our next day delivery service is only available to mainland UK
Do you deliver to Ireland (ROI)
Yes. Just select Ireland as your delivery country in the checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, your order’s status and tracking details are available in Order Tracking Page. You’ll need to use the same email address you used to place your order.
Palletised deliveries
These products will be delivered as close to your front door as possible while allowing for obstructions, e.g. narrow streets, stairs (for flats), or general obstacles. Your driver is not insured to carry goods inside your property. So, we recommend having two or more able-bodied people receive the items and bring them inside. Any shipments fulfilled by a third-party courier will be a kerb-side delivery. Please note that your delivery date will be arranged before it takes place.
Do I get a delivery timeslot?
Most of our delivery partners will give you a timeslot on the day of the delivery. This is usually a window ranging from one to four hours, depending on the courier.
Can I collect my order from you myself?
Yes. We have collection points at Manchester Showroom. In the checkout, you will see the option to collect your order – select that. Please note collection isn’t available for orders paid via PayPal.
Can I change my delivery date?
Providing your order hasn’t been dispatched, yes. Just call us and request to change the date.
My item is damaged or faulty
If your item arrives damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery; just sign the driver’s delivery sheet ‘damaged’ and contact us to let us know. This way, the courier can return it, and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.

What if I miss my delivery?
Our delivery partner will leave a note to explain your next steps. For large, two-person deliveries, there may be a redelivery charge.
I’ve ordered more than one item, will they arrive together?
We work with various couriers and suppliers, so if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. You’ll receive a tracking code for each consignment to know when to expect your deliveries. Medium/Large items are delivered by our own fleet. You can call us to get the items delivered together.
When will my item be delivered?
We’ll send you an email when your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order’s status and tracking details on Order Tracking Page. Deliveries take place between 7 am and 7 pm. And most of our couriers provide a specific timeslot on the day.
Important information
Please note we advise against booking a plumber or installer until all of your goods have arrived in perfect condition.
Document any damaged or missing items on your driver’s delivery note and report them to our Customer Services team within 48 hours.
We will investigate all claims before a replacement is authorised. Once confirmed, we will dispatch your product free of charge with minimum disruption.
Palletised Deliveries
For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. The driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. It is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside. Any deliveries that are fulfilled by a 3rd party courier will be a kerb side delivery. A day for delivery will be booked in prior to a delivery being made.
