The Bosch Series 4 PVS811B16E 80cm induction hob with integrated ventilation module combines induction cooking with ventilation technology for perfect results. You have more flexibility with CombiZone by combining two cooking zones, and PowerBoost provides up to 50% more power for faster heating on your induction hob. With the TouchSelect control you can regulate the desired cooking zone easily. Simply select the power level you need.

The integrated ventilation module combines the best of Bosch induction cooktops and cooker hoods. Because it’s built into the cooktop surface, it draws away cooking smells and steam right where they start. This way, you don’t need a separate hood, and you have more overhead space for cabinets – or a clear view across your kitchen.

If you ever need more space for a long piece of cookware, such as a roasting dish, you can combine two individual cooking zones into one large zone with a combined heat level at the touch of a button with CombiZone.

When you want to get quick and easy meals on the table even faster, PowerBoost can help. This practical feature adds a boost of power for ultra-quick heating. Use it on your induction hob to boil large quantities of water – and heat almost 35% faster compared to the highest power level.

The QuickStart function detects where you have placed the pot and automatically displays the corresponding cooking zone on the control interface. You can get started straight away and select the desired cooking level for your pot without delay.

Have you ever unintendedly switched off your hob and all settings were gone? With Restart the cooktop saves your previous settings and restores them in case you switch your cooktop on again within four seconds.

Induction hobs generate heat only where it is needed – in the base of the pan. What does this mean for you? More safety and more convenience. The lower temperature keeps both big and little hands safe from burning. Not only that, but an induction hob brings two litres of water to a boil twice as fast as a glass-ceramic hob, which also saves a great deal of energy.

Planning & installation notes

Suitable for ducted or recirculated extraction installations in 4 different options (unducted, partly and fully ducted recirculation or ducted extraction). Installation accessories for unducted recirculation, among these four cleanAir odor filters and a telescopic slider element, are included in the cooktop. The included accessories allow easy and quick installations and can be planned in all worktop depths ≥60cm. For other types of installation, one of the following accessory kits is recommended:

• HEZ9VDKR1 for partly-ducted recirculation in worktops of ≥60cm depth with max. worktop height of 960 mm.
• HEZ9VDKR0 for partly-ducted recirculation in worktops of ≥70cm depth with max. worktop height of 960 mm.
• HEZ9VDKE1 as starter kit for ducted extraction in worktops of ≥60cm depth.

To complete the fully ducted extraction or to do any other individual recirculation planning different ducting accessories are available. All accessory and fitting kits are available directly form the manufacturer.
